A request for replacement must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be in unused and original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Replacement is only applicable if:

The product is incorrect (wrong item delivered).
There is a manufacturing defect in the product.

No replacement will be provided for:

Once approved, the defective product must be returned to us (return shipping details will be shared).
A replacement product will be shipped within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
