Refund policy

At Aerthh, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, we provide a replacement for eligible products under the conditions mentioned below:

1. Eligibility for Replacement

  • A request for replacement must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be in unused and original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Replacement is only applicable if:

    • You received a damaged or defective product.

    • The product is incorrect (wrong item delivered).

    • There is a manufacturing defect in the product.

2. How to Request a Replacement

    • Order number

    • Clear images of the product showing the issue

  • Our team will verify the claim and approve the replacement if eligible.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

  • No replacement will be provided for:

    • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.

    • Minor color variations or packaging differences that do not affect product quality.

    • Requests made after the return period expires.

4. Replacement Process & Timeline

  • Once approved, the defective product must be returned to us (return shipping details will be shared).

  • A replacement product will be shipped within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
