    • After 12 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as the order processing begins.

  2. How to Cancel an Order:

    • Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

  3. Refund for Canceled Orders:

    • If you cancel within 12 hours, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 to 15  business days.

    • If payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), no refund is applicable.

  4. Non-Cancelable Orders:

    • Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched cannot be canceled.

    • Customized or personalized products are non-cancelable.
